Privacy

How information submitted through this website is collected and used.

Note for the site administrator (remove before launch) This is a plain-English starting point, not finished legal wording. Before publishing, Kerry should have it reviewed against the Australian Privacy Principles and confirm each statement matches what actually happens — in particular how enquiries are stored, how long they are kept, and whether any third-party form service is used. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes free guidance for small businesses.

What we collect

Only what is needed to answer your enquiry or arrange a booking. That usually means your name, contact details, suburb or postcode, a description of the equipment to be cleaned, and how the service will be paid for.

We do not ask for medical diagnoses, health records or clinical information, and you should not include them in a form on this site. If something about your equipment is relevant to the clean, a short practical note is all that is needed.

No payment is taken through this website. We never ask for card or bank details online.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry
  • To arrange, confirm and carry out a booking
  • To issue an invoice, to you or to your plan manager
  • To contact you about a booking you have made

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who else sees it

Information may be handled by the services used to run the business, such as an email provider, a calendar booking system or an invoicing system. If your clean is funded through a plan manager or an aged care provider, the invoice will include the details they need to process it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet business and tax record-keeping obligations.
