Terms of Service
The basis on which cleaning services are provided and this website is used.
Note for the site administrator (remove before launch) This is a draft framework only and is not legal advice. Several clauses below are marked for Kerry to confirm — particularly cancellation terms, payment terms and insurance. Please have these reviewed before the site goes live.
About these terms
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Wheely Clean Mobility and to the use of this website. They do not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Services
We provide cleaning and steam sanitation of wheelchairs and mobility equipment at the client's premises within the service area. Cleaning involves dismantling equipment where appropriate and reassembling it before the visit ends.
Cleaning is not a repair, servicing, prescription or maintenance certification service. If a fault is noticed during a clean it will be pointed out, but repairs are not carried out and no assessment of the equipment's safety or fitness for use is provided.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel.
Pricing and payment
Current prices are shown on the services page. No payment is taken through this website and card details are never requested online.
An invoice is issued after the service is completed, addressed to you or to your plan manager as agreed.
NDIS and funded services
Information on this website about NDIS funding is general in nature. We cannot guarantee that any particular plan will fund any particular service. Confirming your funding arrangements before booking remains your responsibility, and your plan manager or support coordinator is the right person to help with that.
Access and safety
We ask that safe and reasonable access to the equipment is available at the agreed time. If a site cannot be worked in safely, the appointment may need to be rearranged.
Liability
Services are provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Website content
Information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance. It is not medical, clinical or financial advice. For advice about your specific equipment or health needs, speak with your occupational therapist or treating team.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here is the current one.
